Data we collect
Email, name, company, IP, device type, project files (with your permission), AI requests (last 30 days — for diagnostics).
Purpose
Service delivery, billing, support, audit (3 years), security monitoring. Content sent to AI is not shared with other users.
Third parties
Payment providers (Click, Payme, FreedomPay), AI providers (Google, Anthropic), email (Resend) — each has its own privacy policy.
Your rights (GDPR + Uzbekistan Personal Data Law)
Settings → My data lets you export everything and delete your account. 30-day grace period.
Retention
Audit log: 3 years (Enterprise — 5). Project data: as long as the account is active. After deletion: 30-day grace, then hard delete.
